Powder coating of aluminium and galvanized steel is at the heart of our business. We specialise in Syntha Pulvin application, with guarantees available of up to 40 years, thanks to the extensive practical experience we have gained from major UK construction projects. Aluminium is pre-treated and powder-coated to UK standard BS6496 and European standard ISO12206. Our Bicester division was first in the UK to offer chrome-free pre-treatment systems for aluminium.
Hot-dip galvanized steel is pre-treated and powder-coated to UK standard BS6497 and European standard ISO13438. Our Corby division offers hot-dip galvanizing, fettling and powder coating as a one-stop-shop service.
Powdertech systems meet the requirements of NBS Z31 powder coating specifications, and our operating business management systems are in accordance with ISO9001-2000. Powdertech is a licensed applicator of Syntha Pulvin architectural polyester powders.
