Aluminium is pre-treated and powder coated to UK standard BS6496 and European standard ISO12206. Our Bicester division was first in the UK to offer chrome-free pre-treatment systems for aluminium.
Hot-dip galvanized steel is pre-treated and powder coated to UK standard BS6497 and European standard ISO13438. Our Corby division offers hot-dip galvanizing, fettling and powder coating as a one-stop-shop service. Powdertech systems meet the requirements of NBS Z31 powder coating specifications, and our operating business management systems are in accordance with ISO9001-2000. Powdertech is a licensed applicator of Syntha Pulvin architectural polyester powders.
