Gardobond X4707: pre-treatment / primer for powder coating of aluminium. Meets the performance requirements of BS6496 / EN12206 / Qualicoat / GSB and is an alternative to older trivalent/hexavalent chrome based processes. Gardobond TP 10413: Modified version of X4707 developed for the automotive industry. Applies an extremely thin Cr-free film to aluminium components for adhesive bonding or welding, resulting in a more consistent surface than mill finish aluminium. Keronite: Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) process for aluminium or magnesium components, offering superior corrosion protection. |
