We are situated in a purpose-built, technologically advanced, efficient plant, specifically designed to enable the processing of small components to a consistent high quality finish.
The automatic line carries customers' material on special jigs designed to optimise efficiency and ensure the quality of the finished product together with total consistency from batch to batch.

The multi-stage continuous line includes the following operations: - jigging area using purpose designed jigs
- iron-phosphate spray pre-treatment
- de-mineralised water rinse
- de-gassing in a dedicated oven to remove air/moisture under the surface of the substrate.
- powder coating with a fully automated spray system
- powder curing in a gas fired re-circulating oven
- cooling, un-jigging area and packing area

Quality control is extremely important and items of pre-treated and powder coated customers' material are checked for every batch processed; the coating is tested in our laboratory for adhesion, curing, flexibility and quality of pre-treatment. Our quality and management systems are based on the requirements of the relevant British and European Standards including DIN EN 12206-1: 2004 coating of aluminium and aluminium alloys for architectural purposes (replaces BS6496).
Our quality system is regularly, independently audited, and our records are available for inspection at any time.
